Never been so dissapointed in service

You send your Drilling machine to be checked as everything was fine except that the electrical power suddenly stopped. They send through this huge quote, new chuck, gears bearings brushes etc. Nearly the same as buying a mew machine. When I responded by saying that nothing mechanical was wrong, the brushes were 10 minutes old, I was send back a half stripped machine, a sketch to assemble and new brushes and field-winding.
So in future please be sure you accepts Makita's full quote or otherwise you'll be punished with minimum spares and stripped machine. I really hope that if I move along to other company I won't be treated like that.
I wasn't even given a rebate on my original quote I paid
