REPAIRS TO WASHING MACHINE

We booked in our washing machine for cleaning and new feet. We paid R900.00 for that only. When we got the machine back, the feet was still rusty, never replaced! We took the machine back and confronted them, which they eventually admitted that they never replaced the feet cause they had no stock. They will replace them if we leave the machine there and will contact us when its ready to collect. It has been two whole months, no phone call from them, nothing. My husband stopped there today to collect the machine, whether the job was done, or not! When he got there, the whole machine was stripped to pieces!! What for? Did they change anything else? If they did, they never asked us permission to strip the machine. This is the worst service ever!
