I have taken my K'Archer high pressure machine to AFM on 29 June 2013 and asked them to give me a quote to repair the machine. I have made numerous calls to obtain a quote there were excuses like the lady at reception will e-mail they quote, they promised to send the quote before the close of business yesterday. This morning I spoke to the manager who also promised that the quote will be sent because Alex just arrived from the bank she took down my email address again which was previously left with the company.
