I was there to return a Makita table saw that I had bought 07/04/2013 and I was told by return to go to the power tools department and they will give me a new machine when I got there the gentlemen working there told me I should go to the till the machine will be there when I got there I asked a guy by the name of Perfect for some help he instead made a compete fool of me by calling all his co-workers and telling them I was there to collect a new machine from the tills I realized that he been just wasting my time cause from the tone he was talking in he was just being sarcastic and making a fool of me in front of his co-workers I then took my slip from him and told him if he couldn't assist me he should have just told me instead of wasting my time... a friend of mine asked him why did he have to call everyone and tell them the story if no one could help he then turned around and swore him- is this the attitude to have with customers? swear at them?? I have recently bought a lot of power tools from makro but after dealing with this arrogant guy I will never purchase anything from them in the future all good where purchased on this card number 04385123
