Non delivery of half of their own promotion!

In December 2012 in their brochure 13, the company advertised a promotion for a choice of any 3 of their make-up brushes for R99. I ordered 3 brushes. When the order was delivered they had only included 2 of the brushes and charged me the full regular price of it which is double the promotional price. I had sent them numerous emails and was given the complete run-around even though I provided all the info they asked for. I then phoned them and they were very rude to me saying the customer can't do anything about it only the rep can!! They have a bad attitude towards their customers and I'm still waiting for my delivery!
