We also had this terrible experience, had our roof waterproofed and painted in Jan/Feb 2013 with the very "special" paint that Jack Voges have been manufacturing with his 20yr old family business. Ya right!!! We never got the 5yr warranty they promised to bring everyday for two weeks on their way from another job around the corner from our house, another lie. In Sep we had a small hailstorm and our roof leaked in placed it never leaked before we had it done by them. As I could not get hold of them I logged a claim with my insurance to prevent any further damage to the ceilings. They were of the opinion that the roof was not maintained, even though I told them we had the roof redone in Jan for R24000. When my hubby got onto the roof he discovered that the paint was coming off, the same paint Jack said will last at least 5-10 years. We had to get onto the roof and re-do the waterproofing again, as they never did it properly and the entire roof where the membrane was they put down was full of holes where the water was seeping through. For those of you whom used them, and I am sure there are many more out there, get onto you roof and see how your paint is coming off. Ansie 072
