CROWN roof paint washed off in rain season

I bought 6 X 20 l green CROWN roof paint in July 2011. I bought another 3 X 20 l a few weeks later and had my house's roof painted, It looked very nice. Then the rain season started. Green water was dripping from the roof every time it rained.By December it looked as if the roof was never painted.

I contacted Jabu Nkosi at Easson VERTEX. He promised he would send out someone to look into the matter. No one came. Every time I phone him he makes promises, but never does anything about it.

I paid thousands of rands for the roof paint and was assured that it was of very good quality BUT IT WASHED OFF!!! I am desperate because my house's roof looks as if was never painted. I paid a lot for the paint and well as for the labour to have the roof painted.

PLEASE can you help me? CROWN roof paint is a well known name. This shouldn't have happened!!!
