This guy is a! B careful when waterproofing!

In December 2012 I had my roof repainted and waterproofed at a cost of R14, 000. I have a zinc IBR flat roof. I also received a 5 year warranty on the work done. After around 6 months, the rust was coming through the paint, and the paint started chipping off. I've been trying to get hold of this guy, JAQUES HORN who did the repairs since July, and he keeps on dodging my calls, it's now December 2013. They never cleaned the roof properly prior to painting it and they never treated the rust either. They just slapped on a cheap paint they bought at a paint shop. Now I have paid 14K for waterproofing and paint and i have to and i have to do it all over again as he has disappeared.
