Did my homework to get quotes to re-vamp and waterproof my sink roof. Sean from Waterproofing Africa came out and gave a reasonable quote. On several occasions I asked him if he will paint the entire roof with the waterproofing seal? He said yes. I have Email proof where I asked him in the Email again- and he responded verbatim "Morning Jonathan

The Entire IBR Roof will be sealed cross laps and over laps, will replace and seal roof bolts.

We can start the work on Tuesday morning.

Now I find out they literally only replaced the bolts and seal only at cross and overlaps. Why would he use the word "entire roof"- what did he think I meant- do you paint your entire house just around the windows frames? He passes the buck now and states he asked if we wanted to spray the entire roof and we declined- we wanted it painted because spray would mess up the newly painted wall (ENTIRE WALLS). The Email correspondence was after this conversation before I accepted the quote- and now I have paid over R20k and have nothing to show for it- even I could have done this for a lot less. This is deception-- I want my money back or ENTIRE ROOF PAINTED as agreed
