No feedback/response, calls are not answered

I dropped an Acer unit off at the Ensure IT repair centre in Midrand on 16/01/2014 and job no. 0001686550 was issued. Was promised that a quote for the repairs would be send back to me via email within 2 days.

I called Ensure IT to follow-up on the call and supplied the job no. The respective consultant confirmed my details on the job card on the system and then asked me to wait. I held on for about 8 minutes listening to the tele-prompter and the call just got cut. I called back again and held on for an additional 15 minutes with no reply and eventually hanged up.

The consultant who first answered never took the oppertunity to call back or even just send an email acknowledging my call because all my details are on the system. This smacks of poor service and lack of proffesionalism, contrary to what is being advocated when you listen to the tele voice prompts while waiting. I'm nothing wiser about the state of the notebook delivered and yes a total of 4 days with 2 of those being working days have passed ever since.

Please fix it Ensure IT and let me know what is the status of the delivered unit!!! Above all else answer your phones and give some form of feedback!!!
