About two weeks ago my Decoder stopped working and I contacted the Call centre, which I normally compliment as "one of the best" however 2 weeks ago showed me a different side of what I thought was really great. I waited 25 Minutes before my call was answered and was told I need to take my decoder in, I asked to speak to a manager and the Call was dropped. I called back a 10 minute this time and I told the consultant my problem and asked to speak to a manager, I also requested that she not keep me waiting for to long, SHE asked me what do you want me to run there!!! (in a sarcastic tone) THIS is unacceptable. then I spoke to Olifant who "said he was a manager" he was helpful and said that he would mail me and ensure that the consultant is dealt with. Magic mail you sent that made me feel better about the service I received... only problem the "manager" did not care to send the mail... I am so dissappointed as i used to brag to everyone how great the multichoice call centre is and now one rude consultant and a "manager" who does not really give a hoot to get feedback to me have changed my opinion of the call centre. this will eventually tarnish your company brand.
