There was an incident with my vehicle during the early morning hours of 2 January 2014. My neighbour, based on an email received from me as I was overseas, called Netstar and was promptly informed that I do not have a contract with them. I do and my monthly debit order is deducted off my bank account every month.
Since then I have attempted to call the call centre every day and have have been waiting for at least 15 minutes every day without being connected to an agent!!
Eventually today, after waiting for 21 minutes I was connected to Selma who confirmed that for "some strange reason: Netstar still has my previous vehicle on their system, even though I have the necessary paperwork indicating that the transfer took place in 2012.
I then enquired as to her being able to confirm if my vehicle was indeed activate and she could test the system for me. No she could not and I needed to call another number 011 207 5114. This I did, held on for 9 minutes and Martin answered.
He could not trace my vehicle, even though it was in a JHB northern Suberb hot spot. He asked that call back when I am driving. Well I called before I left, held on for 24 minutes & there are large call ..
