I recently applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4 on Control Chat 100 via FNB. After 10 minutes of gathering information the agent confirmed that the deal has been approved and handed over to Cell C which will send me a tracking number and the phone should be delivered within 3 to 7 days and can be tracked using this, which they sent on the same day (05/06/2013).

Six days went by and I noticed the status of the order did not change at all so I decided to give the call centre a call. Ten minutes later a call centre agent finally answered and stated that they require additional documentation from me, which I was never informed of. I then asked where I can send the additional information to and the agent said she didn't have the details, took down my cellphone number and promised to call me back with details of where I can send it to.

After several hours of not getting feedback I also logged a ticket on the cell c website to which I got an automated reply that they will only be able to assist me between 24 and 72 hours. So two days have passed and I haven't heard back from the call centre, e-mail or any one else in cell c. If this problem is not resolved by CoB 14/06/2013 I will cancel
