Warrenty Issues - Terrible service

About a month and a half ago, my 4 month Acer notebook simply would not switch on, so on the 10 January I made the first call to Acer tech support to report the fault. The machine was to be picked up as it was still under warranty. I needed to open three separate cases and make 6 additional calls to Acer simply to ensure the fault was logged and the courier company notified.

I then had to call the courier company directly to organize with them (I eventually liaised with the driver) to come and pick up the machine from me. They picked up the Notebook on Fri, 1 Feb.

On the Tue of the following week (5 Feb) I called in to get an update on my repair only to discover that they had "lost" my Notebook and were unaware that it had been delivered. They escalated the complaint, "found" my computer later that day and said that it would be ready for delivery by Mon or Tues (11/12 Feb) the next week.

Today (12 Feb) I gave them another call to check on the progress with the repair. Now they are claiming that they need to wait for a spare part until Fri (15 Feb) and that the computer will be returned by Mon or Tues of NEXT week. I don't believe them.

Please just give me my computer back!
