Notebook delivered to Ensure IT for repairs on 11 December - Ensure IT quoted for repairs on 13 December. I advised unit was still under warranty and was asked for proof of purchase which was emailed through. On 17 December was advised that the repair had been changed to a warranty claim and a new job card emailed to me changed JOB TYPE WARRANTY - I then informed my client that the unit was being repaired under warranty. Next day I get an email from Ensure saying unit was not under warranty I must contact HP directly. I said it wasn't good enough as I had informed my client it was under warranty and now could not go back and say it wasn't. Ensure didn't want to know about it and told me to contact HP directly - I refused as Ensure is the authorised HP repairer.
On 6th January I rang Ensure to find out about the unit parts not even ordered - I told Ensure that I needed to let my client know what was going on with there notebook. I demanded an answer by the end of the working day and was assured I would hear by the end of the day latest early the next morning. I heard nothing so picked up the unit unrepaired the following morning. Was rang on 15 Jan to say parts had arrived?
