I e-mailed ensure requesting a quote for recovery disks. 2 days later no response not even a no-reply automatic response e-mail. i called they could see my e-mail, phone would dropped after transfer i called again i thin k it was an Indian call center now where i was transferred to. they agent said i saw the e-mail i will respond. 3 days later no response. i need my recovery disks and all i need is is feedback we can help you or we cannot. i don't know how HP gave these guys their contract to help service their customers. Now i call them all i get calls to this number would be charged and the phone drops
