I ordered an item from Simpicity online on Thursday, 16/01/2014, it qualified for free shipping, so yes, a substantial order. ETA was supposed to be the 20/21 of January 2014. Much to my surprise, the item after contacting the Courier Services, will only be delivered on the 22 January 2014.

I'm a little of an impatient person, but don't tell me that an item will be by me at a certain time and do not deliver on time, that makes my blood boil.

Anyway, I contacted Simplicity Online, who advised that the item missed the shipping deadline on Friday and needed to be posted on Monday (Simplicity Online Problem, not mine - I can't help it if you employ incompetent staff), Anyways, the item was shipped on Monday using Fastway, who do not do overnight shipping (man, I would have paid extra for shipping for overnight transport). What kind of pethatic courier service do you guys use. That was a cheap and poor decision from Simplicty Online, let's see if it will actually arrive on the 22nd and when on the 22nd it will arrive too. Jeremy is a very unapologetic person to this whole problem too, and Leroy just never got back to me!
