More than 8 hours just to get a quote

I sent an email asking for a quote on one item, just ONE item and it has been more than 8 hours since they have acknowledged receiving the email and still have not got back to me. They are supposed to be a Drop-shipper but can't even give me a quote, what about if I placed and order, would it even ever get delivered.
My advice is stay away from this company, this whole setup reeks of incompetence, they don't even supply you with a tel number to contact someone to get some answers. STAY AWAY.
