Wrong Item Delivered & won't refund

I am still unhappy that to date, Rey (owner) has still not replied on my emails where I have showed him that the picture that I sent originally, was also on the quote, as well as the invoice. He's reply on Hello Peter, is that I should have taken the time to read the description on the quote & invoice. This makes my blood boil. Why on earth would you put the picture in the quote and in the invoice, if that is not what you are going to give me?? I am so very unhappy about this! I just want this company to take back this desk & give me my money back so that I can get the desk that I wanted!! It feels to me like I am being ignored, because I paid all the money up front, so why would they bother? I have never in my life been treated like this. I've tried to get a response via email, but nothing. I want my money back, as this is NOT what I ordered!!! What I ordered was in the picture sent back and forth!!!
