No R400 payment after high insurance quote

Watcing tv, i seen the sms Out to 44166 and did just that. Received a call the next day and spent hours on the phone giving all the details for the quote. Quote was R1870 if i remember correctly however i am paying R860 at the moment. I have not heard from Outsurance since, all i received was an sms saying thanks for requesting a quote. Your reference number is 20874008, an advisor will contact you. then another sms to say your login pin is 39687 refer to the email sent to you. Again i did not receive an email nor R400 or any further communication about the payment owed. Could someone kindly follow up?
