Ikonic IT
Did not recieve good as per invoice issued

I placed an order with iKonic IT. One of the items I ordered was a PC chassis combination package which clearly advertised "Coolermaster RC-342 350w PSU (power supply unit) Code: CH-CE342" for R380. When I unboxed the package I saw that I was not given the PSU as per the order placed. I queried this with the company and now it seems like they only want to offer me a refund on the chassis. The main influence of me purchasing this item was due to the fact that it came with a PSU, now I am going to have to pay an extra odd R200 to purchase the PSU I was not supplied, as per advertised on the online web page. They admitted that the fault was theirs as the person who was dealing with my order did not enter the correct items. I believe the correct thing for iKonic IT to do, would be, to supply me with the missing PSU at their expense, as it was their error. What an inconvenience!
