I talked to the "online talk" representative (Roan) regarding an order I would like to place and I had to check stock first.

The first time we talked Monday (13th of Jan) he told me that I should check the site later today as he is still busy updating it. This was after a half an hour wait on the "online talk".
Later that day, around 7PM, the site's information was still unchanged.

The following day (14th of Jan), I contacted him again, after which he told me that his suppliers were offline. He also requested that I send him an email, on which he will respond later the day with a quote or answer on the stock check.

On the 15th of Jan I have still not received any feedback
Thanks to him, I'm taking my service elsewhere.
