6 MONTHS DELAY ON RESPONSE - RAIN CHECK ON STOCK

March/April 2013 (it's been so long, i've forgotten), saw ad in Game paper about special on Verbatim 3TB at R1099. Same day ad came out i went to store, enquire about product, was told "sorry don't have stock. I then requested a rain check for stock, gave my details, waited for Game to contact me when they had stock. I called a few months later to enquire and Wes said there was a specific problem with the make of product byt they will contact me when it's been sorted. Its now October 2013 and i have still not received feedback re: stock of product and just wondering if their false advertising is a way to dupe their customers into coming to the store to purchase products customers didnt actually want in the first place. Disappointed that not one phone call has even been made to me to provide any sort of feedback. My name has probably been deleted from the rain check list. They have this slogan on their site "our customer ALWAYS WIN"... i don't feel like i've won at all with the delay in get a response from anyone at Game.
