Waiting 31 days for order, no ETA, no feedback

I placed an order on 14 December. The site stated that orders after the 15th of December will be sent in January, and they will be closed from the 20th until the 6th of Jan. I sent a follow up email on the 18th & 19th to get an ETA, i didn't get a reply. I waited until January and sent an email on the 7th, and only got an automated email stating that an item is out of stock. I then phoned Prophecy on the 8th and asked about the order. They told me that they will find out when their supplier will get stock. On the 9th I sent an email asking to replace it with another product, i didn't get a reply. I resent the message on the 9th, still no feedback. I phoned them again on the 10th, didn't get any answer and tried another number. After getting through, i asked to replace the item, the sales person (Chris) said he will find out and order the item that same day and send it Monday the 13th. On Monday the 13th, I received no notification of the shipment. I emailed again on Tues the 14th, asking about the order and that I need an ETA. I ended up phoning again. Today is the 15th (31 days), still no feedback.

TERRIBLE service with this order. They used to be brilliant, not anymore.
