I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4, they phoned me to check if I qualified (which I did) then they let me know they will contact me on 24 April to finalise the contract, which they never did. So I phoned Cell C to find out what happened, but there was no indication of my pre-order or that I qualified, so I had to reapply it seemed (which I did). My application was once again approved and I was told I will receive the phone this week and they assured me they have stock. I phoned yesterday (06/05/2013) to check on the order, was once again assured I will receive the phone this week and that they had stock. Today I decided to check when they would deliver this week so I can arrange my schedule in order to be at the delivery address when they delivered, but low and behold I was told they had no stock and they couldn't even give me an ETA as to when they might receive stock. I was told to phone again on Thursday to check for stock. The worst is I told other people about the pre-order (which they then pre-ordered after I did) and they have already received their phones. This is not the first time I've experienced problems from Cell C either.
