Inaccurate billing and disgusting service delivery

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received thus far. I regretfully upgraded recently with Nashua and these I the issues I had to deal with:
1) The number did port at month end as promised, I had to call Nashua myself and find out what the reason was. Sadly 3 days into the new month I called several times only to realise the consultant did not RICA my line.
2) During the period my new sim card was not working (point 1 above) my account was credited with data and minutes from my previous package
3) I was charged a ridiculous amount of R1700.00 which was not communicated to me. The consultant advised that I will be paying an amount of R700.00. The debit order conveniently went of my account for the incorrect amount of R1700.00.
4) It has to date not been resolved or credited and the new month's invoice was emailed to me.
This service was pathetic, No one is able to assist me when I call the call centre.
