UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER PRESENTED BY NASHUA

I have had billing problems every month since signing upgrade contracts with Nashua since October 2012. 4 Months of phoning and promises not being kept.
I have signed 2 new contracts one in October and one in December. On both of them I DID NOT fill in any banking details as I have been paying via EFT each months for almost a year now.
After yet another Credit note that had to be Credited against my account and after speaking to Elize (a manager at Nashua) and complimenting her good service here on Hellopeter, I received a credit note. Elize informed me that it had been put through the system and that I only had to pay the difference between the amount owed according to the statement and the credit note. BIG SURPRISE Before I could pay, Nashua presented a debit order (that I have not signed or authorised or given them banking details off) for the full amount of the invoice. Not only did they unlawfully present a dt order, but also for yet again THE WRONG AMOUNT! I have emailed Elize about this last week. I have not received any response!!
