Have not credited my account after 6 weeks!

After receiving excessive monthly bills, I queried my data usage with Nashua Mobile. It turned out I was not being allocated my full data bundle per month (I was receiving 200mbs pm instead of the 500mbs I was supposed to receive) and was subsequently being charged out of bundle rates.

On 7 May 2013 I recieved a mail from the consultant saying my account would be credited, and on 11 May the amount of R994.01 was confirmed as the amount to be credited to my account. I have received 2 bills since without any credit being reflected on my account.

As a loyal Nashua Mobile customer with 2 current contracts with them, I am very disappointed with the service received, and will consider taking up the issue with ICASA should the problem not be resolved immediately.
