I recently purchased a solid state drive at Computer Mania that did not work for the purpose that I bought it. I then went to computer mania on Long Street to return the drive where I was confronted with unprofessional store staff.
Firstly, I was charged a handling fee of R190 for returning the product that I purchased just days earlier.
Secondly, upon completing the return, the operator just walked away. When I asked if I could get a receipt for the transaction, he responded with "why do you need a receipt" and further asked if it was my intention to come back and ask for the hard drive back.
At one stage I had to insist that the operator calms down as the transaction has been completed and that I was merely looking for proof that it took place.

I don't see myself ever buying anything from Computer Mania again.
