Let me start off by saying, i am soooo tired of lodging complaints about Nashua mobile that i am seriously considering taking my business to another service provider. I upgraded my data contract to a voice contract earlier this year. When i checked my invoice after the upgrade i noticed that Nashua mobile were charging me for the upgraded voice contract and for the old data contract. When i raised this with Nashua, i was told that i had to pay the full invoice amount and that they will do a credit note to my account to fix this mistake. Now this month, i see the credit note passed for the last invoice, but Nashua again charged me for both the old data contract and the new voice contract. I get send from pillar to post and no one can help me. I have spoken to a lady at the call centre yesterday who said that she would call me back, but i am still waiting. I also noticed that i was still being billed for Hardware Sub, and the lady last month confirmed that the last payment for that would have been last month, and yet again this month, the hardware subsidy is on there. I desperately need someone to look at my account and resolve these issues.
