Hello Peter
I first logged a call with Pinncle on 14th of June and it took them 39 days to get my laptop back to me. On the first start up I got a blue screen again, so I sent it back. They still could not find any problems. As I started it up for a second time I got another blue screen. I took pictures of it and sent it to them. Their reply was that according to their knowledge I needed a driver update of some sort (why was this not picked up in their week of diagnosis). I said they can email it to me, but is still waiting. Today is the 6th of August and my issue has not been resolved. I wanted to send my laptop back to them, but needed it for work as it's been 2 months now.
During all of this I myself had to contact them constantly, as there is no initiative from their side and the bucket gets passed on every time. I explained to them that I use the laptop for work and that every day that pass is a loss of income for me. I asked for a replacement laptop but was told that only after the third time (faulty) I can get a replacement. This is the fourth!
At this stage I have no idea what to do or who to contact.
Lack in professionalism is an understatement!
