Charged Corrupt/Unusable Data Recove

A failed laptop hard drive was delivered to Hendrik of Datarecover. I mentioned to him that we only require the email PST file as this is the most crucial information. He did say that he will pull off all the data as standard. The website of Datarecover states NO RECOVER, NO CHARGE. I received an email from Hendrik that recovery is done within hours of dropping of the drive with him together with an invoice which I paid. I did have the data collected and while all was recovered the email file that we needed was corrupt and we could not use this data. Hendrik tried to do a repair but failed and suggested he can credit us for R 850 of the total R2850 paid to him. I asked for him to re look this amount which he incresed to R1250. I then requested a refund only to be told no refunds will be made and we will have a credit on our account. We are not sure when his services will be needed again and would like the R1250 to be refunded. He has refused. I think this is a unreliable company to deal with. We are in the I.T services industry and suggest not using Datarecover.
