Trying to get a working laptop

I ordered a laptop for R12500 through Computer Mania, a Mustek distributor, in early February 2013. It arrived a week later yet it had a dead pixel on the screen. I contacted Mustek via Computer Mania who asked that I return it to them to have the screen replaced which I did.
I sent the laptop back and received the replacement screen a week later. I found another dead pixel on my screen. I called again and told them to send a replacement laptop to not waste my time anymore, but I was told to bring my one in to clone the hard drive which they promised would take 1 day. On the 3rd day I called as I desperately needed it for a deadline on 19 March, and was told I could only get it on Monday 18th, 1 day before my deadline. I told them to cancel the cloning, and received my laptop today (Friday 15th). This new one has half as much RAM and space (HDD). I cannot express how frustrating it is to fight with an IT company that understands neither customers nor their own products. I now have a deadline I will never meet and a useless laptop, and am out of pocket R12500. Send me the new laptop as I paid for without asking for the old one back to show you trust your product to some degree.
