Laptop repairs poor service

I bought a laptop on da 10th of april on the 24 of june i took the laptop back to the shop becuase the screen was not displaying anymore, unfortunately i didnt have the original box anymore coz i bought the laptop as a present for someone who's not staying with me, they told me they won't give me another laptop as i don't have the original package so they booked in the laptop for reapairs and the guy in the store named siyabonga told me it wil take 10 working days to get my laptop back after 10 days i didnt get any report from them i waited until 14th day i went to the shop only to find the laptop was stil in the shop not yet booked in for repairs it took almost 3 weeks for the laptop to be collected from the store. I then got i call form the repair centre that they have my laptop they wil call me back once done with it.i didnt hear anything from them for a week.i went back to the store to get answers all siyabonga is telling is that his manager has taken the matter further and what is annoying is they don't give me any feedback i have to call them all the time or go to the store its being almost 2 months and i stil havnt received the laptop but i'm being charged evrymonth.pls assist
