Screen not working

My laptop is under warrantee.
I sent my laptop in for repair in the 17 July with a faulty screen.
When I got it back on the 19th July the screen had a different fault. there were a few white pixils on the screen.
I returned the computer on Friday the 2 August. They replaced the screen again. Now the webcam is not working. The technicians said that this is a software issue and that an update might sort it out. This update will cost me R400.
I was able to skype a month ago. I don't have time to drive up and down during work hours to fix my laptop up. How does a stable operating system stop the webcam from working?
I am disappointed in the quality of the service. What if they reinstall my software and the problem persists.
We previously bought a lenovo laptop from makro in crown mines and the DVD did not work the battery stopped and there was a that was loose. We sent it back to makro and they replaced the battery and the was still falling out. when we tested the dvd, it also did not work. Makro had to give us a laptop as that one was falling apart.
I am disappointed in the service and would never buy another lenovo product
