I am really upset with the level of customer service received from HIFI Corp Arbour Crossing and Gateway.

Purchased a Lenovo laptop from, Arbour Crossing on the 02.02.13.
Laptop crashed 'Blue Screen'. Returned it to, Arbour Crossing on the 06.04.13
Laptop crashed 'Blue Screen'. Returned it to, Gateway on the 29.08.13
Laptop crashed 'Blue Screen'. Returned it to, Arbour Crossing on the 25.09.13

I requested a new laptop when visiting Arbour Crossing on the 25th Sep due to the constant crashing however; I was advised by the Manager that because HIFI Corp cannot locate on the system the repair that was done in April, I cannot have a new laptop. The Manager also confirmed that the laptop was not sent for repairs by Gateway even thou the Gateway team confirmed it had been sent as they has it for over 21 days.

On the 26 Oct I was requested to collect my laptop from Arbour Crossing. Upon arrival the laptop was missing its original box, packaging and manuals. I refused to accept it as that was not how I sent it, I was informed that they will have Gateway send a new box but my concern is that the laptop could have been damaged whilst in transit from Jhb.
