Laptop worse than it was when it was sent for repa

I have a laptop contract with MTN that I took out in March of this year about two months later the laptops screen started to give me issues as per their adice at the store that they do not deal with laptop repairs I followed the procedure they had supplied me with and the laptop was then collected to be repaired. Upon the return of my laptop it came back still not in working order and on top of that the screen was now cracked. Now the people at MTN are telling me that its physical damage and they can't help me yet they still expect me ti pay my installment and pay for the repair of a laptop that was not damaged by me.
