Company that says it responds doesn't

Hi There, firstly, thank you for a fantastic platform on which to express my grievances. It is a super service that you deliver. Please could I ask you to address my complaint with South African Breweries?

I was nearly ridden over and killed by one of their trucks and considering we have already lost a family to this company's driving behaviour very deep and painful wounds were re-opened.

I placed a complaint on this site and received no feedback despite the company stating that they respond to complaints. I then put in another complaint about their lack of response despite being a company that responds on Monday and still no feedback.

If you look at all the other complaints, including another one about their driving behaviour you wil notice that their are very few supplier responses on their list of complaints.

I find their lack of care or commitment to their consumers absolutely disgraceful. Particularly those whose family members have tragically died very young in accidents at the hands of this company.

Again, thank you for a fantastic seervice. More often than not companies do address my issues very promptly.
