"Company who responds" doesn't

Please refer to my previous complaints lodged 1 week ago? This dangerous driving incident nearly claimed my life as well as opened old wounds from October 1991 when a South African Breweries truck killed my brother in law, his brother and a friend of their's due to negligence.
All the pain and grief has been re-opened which I expressed in my last HelloPeter complaint.
You obviously do not give a about your fellow road users safety and certainly do not care about your customers complaints as can be clearly seen by the really poor level of supplier responses on this website.
If I do not receive a response to this quickly and seriously addressed I am going to insist on this being taken further.
You have no idea of the hurt you caused our family in '91 and how much more it hurts being flatly ignored like this.
