On the 1st of January 2013 I lodged a complaint with your company. To date, various emails has been sent and I still have not received any feedback whatsoever, this includes your support section within you membership area in your website. I have also lodged a complaint on hellopeter to see if it will escalate the issue and you would provide the relevant feedback.

"The company has 180 staff members and he believes that they have the capacity to deal with all complaints...
All complaints have to be resolved within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is at 92% at the moment"
Your lack of feedback is turning out to be very concerning and looking at the hellopeter reports I am not the only one unable to get a quick and clear answer.
