A company that responds with no resolution

After several complaints on your site and Cell C customer care centre they have done nothing to resolve the problem or complaint. It is misleading to us joe public that Hellopeter lists this company as one that responds when in fact all they do is tell you they will resolve the matter and nothing more happens from that.
