I find it disappointing that one has to resort to using sites such as this in order for companies to acknowledge complaints that have been sent to them directly. ACSA assures feedback within 48 hours of submitting the complaint, which is a false claim. I submitted a complaint on 22 January 2013 regarding a negative experience at OR Tambo International on 19 January 2013 when I flew to Dubai. To date, I have not even received acknowledgement of the complaint despite their assurance of a response of feedback within 48 hours. Considering that this is the company that staffs international airports and one that many tourists may attempt to contact, I am dismayed by the lack of response and professionalism displayed in such an important hub of South Africa.
