I ordered a Asus 3D MONITOR on 20 April 2013 from Syberitic to the value of plus minus R7400.00. I had a credit of R1298.00 in my account... Balance of R6100 was payed to Syberitic after I got confirmation of stock availability with their supplier. I was told expected day of delivery would be 6 may 2013. I was then told after four weeks of waiting they can no longer source the monitor from supplier. Order was cancelled and sum of R6100.00 was reversed on credit card. The credit I had before order was forfeited and Syberitic refused to restore credit as they say I was not untitled to it. My question being... If they made mistake with the allocation of the credit, surely that's the price they have to pay. The credit was in my account and I am entitled to it. They made no effort to compensate me for inconvenience of waiting for four weeks for a product that was paid for after I was told they had stock with supplier. I feel that their customer support is poor and willingness to compensate lacking. Thumbs down for them
