Refund Refused CPA Ignored

Early June I bought an Ottoman deal from Groupon. 3 weeks later I made contact to find out where was my delivery. They advised me that I needed to contact the Supplier. I did contact the Supplier, at that point I realised that I did not need the the Ottomans anymore. The Supplier advised me to contact Groupon.
I contacted Groupon and asked to cancel and refund my money. They took forever to get back to me and have been informing me that my request for a refund has been declined and that they have put it as credit in my account. I have no need for a Groupon credit as I wish never to support them again.
My biggest concern is that the CPA has been completely ignored. I paid with my money and want my money back, I feel victimised and taken advantage of and will not let it go. I paid R1695-00 and I want it back> Not a cent more or less. I'm gonna take this further, I know my rights and I want MY MONEY.
