Caught between makro and the supplie

I took a LG 3D BLU RAY back to them on 01/05/2013 just after 18 days of been purchased. Now i have a ongoing problem since i've been calling them up until i was told the supplier can't fix the product and i will get my refund or an exchange from them. But the funny part after a credit from the supplier company. Can someone please give me my money back it's been a week since i was told about the credit waiting cause i need to buy another one somewhere else. Must i wait another three weeks inorder to get my money from the supplier im sick and tired about makro and the supplier... And i have an evidence of each and every conversation on my mobile.
