We ordered a game online for our PS3 to only receive a Xbox game. We contacted them and was told we ordered the wrong game. After much debate and acknowledgement on their side it was a mistake, we were told they will collect the game, pass a credit and use the credit and return the correct game. Their couriers phoned to collect the next day but arrived 2 days after. Finally a credit was passed 22 Nov, but to our surprise no new game ordered to be returned for the credit.

I called again today, was told there is credit but no other game processed to be sent. Was told it takes 14 working days to process (which was done 22 Nov) and if we want a refund we will have to wait another 14 working days... We have been trying to get our game for a month now. We have ordered in the past games with promo's and much to our surprise not promo stock arrived, irrespective of them advertising what you get, when we query it, we are told it is subject to supplier availability of stock, yet the ads do not state it. We order like fools from them, when we could have ordered from someone else.

Will not be fooled again by them had to many bad experiences, now and in the past. Your service!
