Their service and repairing is shocking

I took my car in for a service a week before the /- 15 March 2013 and a week later my car broke down because of clutch related problems, so i took it in on the 25th of March and they never called me until i called them on the 27th of March 2013 to ask how much they'll charge for the clutch and made a deposit the following day (28th March 2013).

On the same day i asked when I'll get my car and they confirmed for Tuesday (2 April 2013) and when Tuesday came nobody called me until i decided to call them.

They made excuses about parts and said it'll be fine by Thursday (4 April 2013), nobody calls me the entire day on Thursday until I called them and they then push it to Friday (5 April 2013).

They never called on Friday until i called them and they told me I must wait till Monday until i got really angry and called the Dealership manager who told me to come get it at close of business that day.

3 weeks down the line my car breaks down again only to find out that the Cam-Belt snapped because it was long over due but nobody at the dealership never made these recommendations when I took my car in for the services.

Now I'm carless and to fix this will cost well over R10000.00
