On 17 March 2013 went to Autopage, Brooklyn to do a sim swop. I had signed authorization from my son to collect the sim card. The assistant did not have R1, 00 change to give me. According to him they do not keep cash. I reported the matter to Autopage Head Office (Call Centre). I saw missed calls (Private number) on the phone on the 18 March 2013 and again on the 19 March 2013. No message was left on both occasions. I received a message that complaint ref A1303183322 was registered on the 18 March 2013.
On 27 March 2013 I called to enquire what had been done about the case. They informed me that they called me on the 18th and 19th March 2013 and that there was no answer. Nothing was done after that. I spoke to Nadine and Susan said that Nazeen Omar will call me and send me an e-mail, but this has not happened either. I again called last week, 4 April 2013, and still received no reaction from them. I asked to speak to the PA to the CEO or a manager and was handed to the customer care division of the Call Centre. With service like this one might as well not complain, as nothing is done.
