WORST SERVICE - FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS

I applied to switch banks due to poor service and high bank charges from my current bank. According to FNB adds, you can switch within a day. This is utter rubbish... I started the process in January 2013 and to date (12th March 2013) I have not received my cards or switched accounts.

I have received a confirmation of my "new account" on 14th February 2013 but have no access to this account as the cards were not made. I have phoned FNB on several occasion and each time I have been given the run-around and a dozen excuses.

On Thursday 07th March 2013, I called FNB and gave them an ultimatum that my cards had to be delivered by Monday 11th March 2013 or they can cancel the entire thing as I am sick and tired of waiting on them. I refuse to pay any costs affiliated to this process as I received no service and this event cost me more in time and calls to FNB as they don't seem to give feedback either. They called me on Monday 11th March 2013 and informed me that it will be delivered on Tuesday 12th March 2013 at 10:00. It never came...

This is truly poor service and I am not the first to complaint about this.
