Over a month & still nothing from your Contracto

25 Feb 2013 I spoke to the call centre and asked about moving my antenna from one factory to my new factory 15m away. I was informed that the Contractor will contact me in 3-4 working days. After many many many messages and phone calls to Vodacom, the contractor finally called me last Friday, 22 March 2013 saying they can install an antenna. I said I already have one, I need it moved. They made an appointment to come see me on Monday, 25 March 2013 at 9:30. Monday morning, no-one arrived, no-one called to postpone or say they are late. It's now Thursday, 28 March and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE!! I spoke to someone on Tuesday at Vodacom that would escalate my problem, and also have not heard back from her. I do not know what to do anymore. My latest FB message is now also being ignored. And no-one will give me the tel number of the contractors who are supposed to be moving my antenna. This is ridiculous!! Someone get back to me today please! S3-SHD21-1GPTW
